We designed this home with both quiet retreat and entertaining guests in mind. A central vac system with baseboard sweep ports makes housekeeping a snap. There is an outside "keep the beach out of my house" shower, and automatic underground sprinkler system on its own well. One of two large inside storage areas has a connection for a freezer to cut back on trips to the store. An in the wall pest wire gives the assurity that nothing will "bug" you. The beveled and etched glass on the front doors and arches let in lots of light while keeping privacy. Hurricane shutters protect them in case of emergency.
